Lost or Late Orders

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, it will be considered late or lost, and you will be eligible for a full refund.

  • UK & EU customers: Under consumer law, if your order is not delivered within 30 days of purchase (unless otherwise agreed), you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped from our warehouse facility in China.

  • Customers outside China may be required to pay import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon delivery.
