Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hi@lightrevival.com.au with:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for return

    • Clear photos/videos of the item and its condition

  2. Our team will assess your request and provide the return instructions and address.

  3. Return the item with all original packaging and accessories.

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund/replacement will be processed.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included.

  • Items must not show signs of misuse, damage, or modification.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Fees for Non-Faulty Returns

Bundles, Sets & Multi-Item Offers

If you purchased a bundle, kit, or set, all items must be returned together.

If any item(s) are not returned, the current individual retail value of the missing item(s) will be deducted from your refund.

Example:
If a bundle contains 3 items and only 2 are returned, the value of the missing item will be subtracted from the refund.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days.

Provide:

  • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue

  • Order number

If confirmed, we will provide a free replacement (or alternative resolution if appropriate).
We may request the product be returned for assessment.


1-Year Replacement Warranty

All LightRevival™ devices include a 1-year replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Loss or theft

  • Alterations or modifications

If a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 months, we will provide a free replacement.


Shipping, Lost & Late Deliveries

Lost Parcels

A parcel is considered lost if it has not been delivered 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date provided by the courier.

Once confirmed lost, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Late Deliveries

If the parcel is still in transit, we must wait the 30-day period before replacing or refunding.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

If the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, or delivery was unsuccessful due to customer inaction, reshipping fees may apply.
Parcels marked as delivered to the correct address but missing afterwards (e.g., theft) are not considered lost.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Cosmetics or skin care products
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

  • Returns requested after 60 days

  • Items showing misuse or damage caused by the customer


Refund Timeframes

  • Returns are processed within 7–14 business days after the item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable.

  • If the return does not meet policy conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense.

Legal Rights

This policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Where applicable, your rights under local consumer protection laws take priority over the terms stated in this policy.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you are entitled to under law.
